We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging, where applicable

  • Not damaged through misuse, wear, or handling after delivery

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos of the item, if the item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty

Please do not send items back before contacting us. We will confirm the return process and provide return instructions where applicable.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

If the issue is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund

  • Another suitable solution, depending on the situation

Change of mind returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within the allowed return period.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed.

Non-returnable items

We may not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

  • Items not returned in their original condition

  • Items returned outside the allowed return period

  • Personalised, customised, or hygiene-sensitive items, where applicable

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take several business days to reflect the refund.

Shipping fees

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will try to cancel it. If the order has already been processed, shipped, or fulfilled, the return process may apply.
